• Scanning was designed to be local and read-only.
• Users review paths, sizes, risk labels, and reasons before approving cleanup.
• Cleanup actions were designed around a final preview and the Windows Recycle Bin workflow when Windows can recycle approved items.
• Source-control folders, environment/configuration files, system locations, installed apps, and uncertain long paths were protected or blocked.
