Before you clean

ArtifactPilot is a review-first tool. Always inspect scan candidates and use the final preview before approving cleanup. Normal cleanup moves approved items to the Windows Recycle Bin when Windows can safely recycle them.

Support bundles

ArtifactPilot can export a support bundle for troubleshooting. The bundle includes app metadata, settings, recent logs, and recent manifests. It does not include project file contents, source code, .env files, or .git folders.

Download and installation questions

The Windows trial installer is available from the Download page. Because ArtifactPilot is a new application, some browsers or Windows security prompts may describe the installer as uncommon while download reputation builds.

The current installer is ArtifactPilot-Setup-1.0.1.exe and is hosted from download.artifactpilot.com. Contact support if you have installation questions or want help confirming you have the latest build.

Purchases, licenses, and billing

Direct subscription checkout, receipts, license-key delivery, and subscription billing are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Your license key is included in your receipt email after purchase.

Individual license: one user and up to two activations, meaning up to two active device activations, unless checkout or written terms say otherwise.

Refund and cancellation summary

Initial ArtifactPilot purchases include a 14-day refund window. Approved refunds are handled through the original checkout channel and generally return to the original payment method. Subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewal charges.

Standard support is subject to fair use so product support can stay focused, respectful, and sustainable.
