Third-party, open-source, platform, signing, hosting, and licensing notices for ArtifactPilot.
ArtifactPilot Third-Party Notices Effective Date: June 12, 2026 Document Version: 1.1 Publisher: NH Media LLC ArtifactPilot includes, is built with, or may interact with third-party software, libraries, tools, frameworks, runtimes, installer systems, signing services, licensing services, hosting services, checkout services, and operating-system APIs. These components and services are governed by their own licenses, notices, and terms. Open-source license preservation: nothing in the ArtifactPilot End User License Agreement restricts rights you may have under applicable open-source licenses for third-party components. 1. Python ArtifactPilot is written in Python and may be distributed with a bundled Python runtime when packaged. Python is distributed under the Python Software Foundation License and related notices. 2. Tkinter / Tcl / Tk ArtifactPilot uses Tkinter for its graphical interface. Tkinter is Python's standard interface to Tcl/Tk. Tcl/Tk has its own license terms and notices. 3. PyInstaller ArtifactPilot release builds may be produced with PyInstaller. PyInstaller bundles Python applications into executable distributions and includes bootloader/runtime components subject to PyInstaller's license terms and notices. 4. Pillow ArtifactPilot build tooling or asset processing may use Pillow for image/icon support. Pillow is distributed under its own open-source license terms. 5. Inno Setup ArtifactPilot installers may be produced with Inno Setup. Inno Setup is a third-party installer system with its own license terms and notices. 6. Microsoft tools and Windows APIs ArtifactPilot may call Windows Shell APIs for Recycle Bin behavior and may be signed or packaged with Microsoft tools and services such as Windows SDK SignTool and Microsoft Azure Artifact Signing. Those APIs, tools, and services are provided by Microsoft and are subject to Microsoft's applicable terms. 7. Cloudflare services ArtifactPilot's public website, update metadata, demo video, DNS, email routing, and download hosting may use Cloudflare services such as Cloudflare Pages, Stream, DNS, Email Routing, or R2. Those services are governed by Cloudflare's applicable terms and policies. 8. Lemon Squeezy licensing and checkout services ArtifactPilot may integrate with Lemon Squeezy for checkout, merchant of record services, subscription billing, receipts, customer billing portal, license-key generation, license activation, license validation, license deactivation, refunds, chargebacks, tax handling, and related customer/order workflows. Lemon Squeezy services are governed by Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and privacy policies. This notices file does not replace full third-party license texts. Before each final commercial release, verify the exact packaged dependencies and include any full license files required by bundled dependencies.
